Just wipped this up and it's delicious!!
Serves 5
Ingredients:
2 cups Basmati Indian Aromatic Rice
3 cups beef stock
3 medium carrots
1 bunch bok choy
1/2 cup peas
1 capsicum
Ginger
Chilli (dash)
Parsley
Method
Add all ingredients into a pot with at least 3 cups of water and boil it all up for 10-20 min (until rice soft).
