I am willing to contribute to this if you'ld like. I have played the game so many times that the only way to spice it up for me now is to cheat and power up my oponents.

I have the official walkthrough already! Although I only got it after I'd completed the game once through! I'd be happy to help!

Thanks both for whatever help you can provide. I don't want to 'copy' the official walkthrough, but make up out own from what we have learned by playing it so much. I can't help with that because I haven't played it in over a year and a half.

How about super strength for Squall without cheating? I will begin writing it up soon.

I love the game and know a lot about the Triple Triad game. If any questions then ask away. And I even know The Card Queen Side quest

I think what we should do for starters is obtain some links to walkthroughs already out there on the internet...so those that are having trouble playing can just come here for a quick reference for what you need to do. Anyone have any online guides or know of any that we should link here?

This is a pretty good site. They give several different walkthroughs and specific ones such as ones for defeating certain bosses to an items guide and card game guides.

Character Information

Name: Squall Leonhart
Age: 17
Height: 5' 8"
Weapon: Gunblade
Special Skill: Renzokuken
Description: The main character of Final Fantasy VIII, Squall is a short-spoken and emotionless young man. A student of Balamb Garden, he's an introvert with little concern for his comrades; few can actually claim to understand him. A cold and mysterious guy.

Weapon Upgrades

REVOLVER:
Squall's basic weapon. The Gun blade's original model is the Revolver. It
lacks in power, it more than makes up for its reliability.

Items needed for remodeling:
6 M-Stone Pieces
2 Screws

SHEAR TRIGGER:
An improvement in power over the Revolver, Shear Trigger uses the same blade as the Revolver, but the gun aspect is now more powerful.

Items needed for remodeling:
1 Steel Pipe
4 Screws

CUTTING TRIGGER:
The Cutting Trigger is the latest model of gun blade, made by replacing
the blade of the Revolver with the powerful Cutting Sword.

Items needed for remodeling:
1 Mesmerize Blade
8 Screws

FLAME SABER:
The Flame Saber got its name from its red blade. This gun blade is very
similar to the Shear Trigger. The only difference is that it has the Cutting Trigger's handle.

Items needed for remodeling:
1 Betrayal Sword
1 Turtle Shell
4 Screws

TWIN LANCE:
The Twin Lance is a gun blade forged with two blades. The two blades work synergistically to inflict severe damage. The only drawback is its heavy weight.

Items needed for remodeling:
1 Dino Bone
2 Red Fangs
12 Screws

PUNISHMENT:
The Punishment looks almost identical to the Twin Lance, but it is
lighter and more powerful. The only gun blade more powerful than this is
the Lion Heart.

Items needed for remodeling:
1 Chef's Knife
2 Star Fragments
1 Turtle Shell
8 Screws

LION HEART:
Of all gun blades (a sword-gun weapon), the finest model is Lion Heart.
It requires rare items to be remodeled to its highest quality.

Items needed for remodeling:
1 Adamantine
4 Dragon Fangs
12 Pulse Ammos
