Well I went to Harry's going away party. It was mostly full of old people I didn't know. poor harry expected more people than that of who showed. He played his instrment, i forgot what it was called. It made beutiful music. later i went to his resturant and ate plenty of food and got full beyond beleif.

After that i went to Harry's house and whatched movies. i learned about his compas which helps determine the feung shue <----(or however its spelled.) the harry said the most peculiar thing.

"you have no energy anymore, you should practice more often" harry was the first person to notice without me telling them. so i told him about the time john pretended to heel me. "you shouldn't let people mess with that muscle like that" he said" you should follow the instructions i gave you" so after about 20 mins of harry going into a meditation, or trance, or chinese witch docter thingy i could finally start to feel some response to my enery. he told me that now is the perfect time to train because if i wait until i am old like him i will just lose "the muscle"

Tonight, for the first time in a long time i can feel it again. Energy work had never done me any good. i have never been able to use it. It has only been a tool for others to use me. however because i beleive harry's sincerity i will train.
