Where did all the decades go?
Time is quickly traveling on,
Just like a bud bacomes a rose,
Then soon each petal's quickly gone.
So is aging just a process,
None escape it here in earth,
As Sringtime trees become Autumn leaves,
We all start aging right from birth.
Time is like a railroad train,
A one-way ticket, no turning back-
And it's the prayer of every passenger,
To stay securely on the tarck.
Where did all the decades go?
Just like the twinkling of an eye,
We're born, we laugh, we love, we play,
We learn, we share.... and times does fly.
But, there's victory over fleeting time,
Anxious moments, fears and strife,
Taking just one day at a time,
Brings happiness and abundant life.
Another poem by me.
