Back ground: as a child maria was tortured by the students and abandoned by her parents. she currently lives by herself in a 1 room apartment (where she has been living). she led a lonely life until she met a boy named tiketsu. this boy didn't care about anything. she didn't know why he loved her but she felt strange. after a few months of going out he proposed to her and she accepted. the day before the wedding they were driving home and a drunk smashed in to them. when she woke up in the hospital he was laying next to her. she got up and walked over to him. they talked for a little while but then he died. his last words were "I love You, Maria." she cried for days. since that day she never got close to anyone. her heart condition kept her from doing anythings a normal kid could do. the only thing she could do sparingly was fighting and even that she has a hard time doing.
