	My Diet plan to help me lose weight I'm going to excersize at 4pm so I don't want to be on this or my ps2 until I get things squared away.

	Today I have Eaten 2 p&j sandwiches a bowl of salad with fat free salad dressing 2 serving of milk and a small peices of bana bread cake. Now I'm going to have water and wait for dinner.
