After Anna died, Kratos turned to Tsukaza. So, she is Lloyd's step-mother. She has the abilities of telekenisis and telepathy.

Bio - The girl was born with only a Grandmother to tend to her as her mom died while giving birth to her. She bears her father's exsphere which was the only thing left of him when he escaped from the Human Ranch near Palmacoasta and befell a horrible fate when he encountered monsters. Hikaru's grandmother knew of his escape and found his remains and the expshere which she gave to the nine year old Hikaru. Not wanting to be in that area to subject Hikaru to be around the area of her father's death, she whisked herself and Hikaru to Iselia. Which they stayed up until now. Hikaru is friends with Colette Brunel.
