Untitled #1 Volume 1.
((Hello, I haven't made te arrangements yet, but I'm going to have a friend write the other half of the story. If I can get him to put it in his journal, I will post his name, and you can go there for the story from Tysho's point of view Tysho is ACIDROCKER, and it will be a while before he gets back from camp, when he does he’ll edit it))

Okami sighed as he rolled the dice and watched his units dying. It wasn’t fair; warfare couldn’t be decided this way... His opponent was a complete a*****e, he was a mighty feudal lord who killed the last emperor and assumed the role, and now he was crushing all opposition. He ruled with an iron fist, and he fought dirty, but the extra bonus he got for being the ruling emperor balanced out what he lost in the process.

“There is NO way in hell that Calvary could charge spearmen and win, you’re only getting lucky with the dice…” Okami sighed, fear clearly in his voice as he led his troops and watched them get crushed in battle. The last of his units were dead, he hugged his wife fearfully, and waited for it to happen… moments later he was killed, his castle taken over.

“No, Okami, you messed up, and you’re only mad because your spearmen are fat lazy bastards,” Emperor Tysho mocked, smirking at his victory as he collected the dice.

“ If this were real combat then I would have won!” Okami replied bitterly, getting sick of his friend’s gloating. It was tiresome, and it came after every issue, even the arguments he was wrong in, though Okami loved nothing more than it then, because then he said a simple and logical statement that made his adversary scramble and speak in gibberish to recover, a feat which he could rarely do.

“Fine, let’s try it for real!!” the boy suggested, a scowl on his face. He didn’t want to put up with his friend’s attitude right now; he didn’t want to deal with the bullshit. He just played a game, and that was all it was, he had won fair and square, and Okami was being an a*****e.

“I wish we could!” Okami replied. He lost. It felt so bad to lose because of a role of the dice, and a game that lacked a rule. He didn’t do anything dishonorable, and he fought cavalry with spearmen. He should have won… the cards he didn’t get and the extra 50 points a game Tysho got him was too much, he wouldn’t have been able to win no matter what happened. The guns used were just an extra slap in the face.

The names were fake, the troops were fake, the country was fake, though it was based loosely on Asia, but the anger was very real, at least until the game was over.

Dameon removed the alias of Okami, a pun on “wolf”, and a mighty Feudal lord; Tysho, a General of the Chinese army that Drew wore. He packed up the game slowly, and looked at the map on the back. It was a small continent the company designed for efficient battles. The armies were based on real Asian forces, but nothing else even resembled reality. It was a cheap game made by a company that never really got famous, and remained undiscovered. They found it in a thrift store, and bought it for less than a dollar, and while it did cause anger, it was well worth it, it was fun.

After his friend turned out the lights, with the game under the bunk bed, Dameon climbed into the top bunk and mumbled something along the lines of “Good game, ‘night” to his friend before he allowed himself to drift off uneasily, the lose still on his mind, thoughts of making rules to determine what troops were good against what other troops, custom rules that would make more sense coming to him. “Nah, Drew would never go for it…” he thought, giving a sigh before he rolled over to sleep.
