Extent of Abilities: Her Zanbatō has extensive damaging properties. It is her weapon of choice. However, she had to train for years among The Seven Swordsmen of the Mist in order to wield it properly. The Dragon Strike is when she unleashes a stable amount of chakra into the blade and swings it toward her opponent. This unleashes a 160 degree range wave of chakra, enough to cancel out the opponent's chakra flow in various parts of the anatomy. In her 360 Swing, she spins a full circle while wielding the Doragon, to unleash a wave of chakra to wipe out anything in it's wake. She also likes very large Kunai that she carries around on her back.
The White Sharigan, when activated turns all of her chakra flow indigo blue, making her veins and arteries stand out under neath her skin. This Kekei Genkai allows her 360 degree field of vision, the ability to momentarily stop time, to deliver hallucinations into the mind of her opponent, the ability to immobilize her oppoenent, and the rest of the Sharigan abilties, both regular and Mangekyo.
General Appearance: Chika is of average height, With long, red hair which is usually in three buns at the crown of her head with her bangs hanging down. Her skin is pale with a touch of peach in her cheeks. Her eyes are usually a dark green-blue color, but when her Sharigan is activated, her eyes turn a whitish-blue with the Mangekyo pupils. She wears a short-sleeved tight-fitting dark blue turtle neck with a dark blue skirt with a tigh-high slit. Underneath her skirt, she wears black shorts. Instead of traditional ninja sandals, Chika wears light boots that are dark in color. Chika wears dark blue fingerless gloves on both hands and has several ear piercings. She has three weapons that she carries on her back: Doragon, and two large Kunai. She likes to put Senbon in her hair to keep it in place.
Personality: Chika is very hard-headed. Once she agrees to something, she never lets it go. She's very fierce and determined and likes doing things "her" way. Very intelligent she likes to read. She loves fighting and spars with most people who pass by. When outside of battle she talks a lot and is very social. She makes friends with most anybody and is always kind to people. When she gets irritated or mad, she can be very blunt and brutally honest. Sometimes she will insult people to motivate them. A leader by nature, she often commands people in a crisis at will. She has a finicky attitude about details and will spend forever on a project unless she deems it un-necessary. Sometimes, she can be overly dramatic and may exaggerate from time to time. When in battle, she is very cold, un-talkative, and calculating, almost to the point where it is scary.
History: She doesn't know where she was born, or who her actual parents are. Chika grew in the Village Hidden in the Mist with her surrogate father, Kokoumaru Agatsuma. An honest black ops agent of the village, he trained Chika to be a ninja at the age of three enrolling her in the Nin Academy of the Mist. Several people higher in rank, including the former Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, noticed her enormous potential when her unusual Kekkei Genkai formed. At the age of six, the Seven Swordsmen killed her father and framed someone else for it, taking her in. They convinced her that they were her family now and began training her to become a ANBU level assassin. She trained to learn all of their techniques and spent most of her time improving them to their full potential. A the age of eleven, after several of the swordsmen were recruited into Akatsuki or banished, she also decided to join Akatsuki with Kisame in hopes that she could train more. The leader deemed her to be formidable as an apprentice for the members of the organization. She learned most everything they taught her thanks to the Sharigan. She was even able to master the White Sharigan at her expense and pace, and create her trade-mark justsus on her own. At the age of thirteen, she discovered that the Swordsmen were the ones to kill her father and threatened Akatsuki. By this time she was already a qualified ANBU level assassin. Chika left the organization to wander the country. After six months, she came across two girls in the Rain village named Iyzaiyoi Kerenatsu and Arisu Chihara whom had ANBU level abilities as well, but were around her age. Recruiting them, Chika formed her current affiliation: The Rouge Sisters. The Rouge Sisters become a group consisting of the three girls where they set up a list in every village they passed through to offer protection services for them. Otherwise they wander around on foot, stopping in every other village to re-stock. Just after Chika turned fifteen, the Sisters were hired by Tsunade to help strengthen the force system in Konoha. It was only after they arrived that Chika discovered she was one of the most powerful ninja in the world...
