Hey,
sunday I got back from Bulgaria.
It's beautiful!
I actually saw mountains for the first time in my life!
Too bad the weather was rather cold and cloudy.
But we saw lots of things, we went to musea and churches,
we went to visit schools and eat pizza ( whee ),
we even went to an old village in the mountains named Koprivshtitsa or something like that.
It was a very nice village, but the roads were hard to walk on,
there were big rocks in it.
My guestfamily, or however you call it in English, was absolutely great!
And they have a wonderfull appartment! Small but beautiful and very cosy.
Georgi (the father) likes poetry a lot, he used to make pottery and he painted roses in the hall. It was amazing!
Galya (the mother) is a great cook and one of the friendliest people I've ever met.
Smilyan and Georgi (the brothers) are a bit weird and they like to laugh A LOT.
Dorina (the little sis) loves cats, just like me.
Bulgarian people are very friendly, funny and they like creativity.
So this was a great experience for me, since I love to draw and write.
I hope I can go back soon.
They've come to mean a lot to me.
On the last day in the airport Georgi (the father) even said 'Today we have two daughters.'
It broke my heart to have to leave them.
I cried. A lot of people in my class cried.
But on the other hand I was really happy to see my own family again too.
I'll never forget about them.
This picture is at the departure at the airport in Bulgaria.
Bye everyone.
Grtz Evi
