I never knew that I could love someone so much,
Until my best friend came into my life.
But over the years we have grown so much respect,
admiration and love for each other
That I know someday soon I will make her my wife.

Now that I know what it's like to be close to her,
I can't bear the thought of a world without her in it.
She makes everything in my life better and brighter,
And that's why, no matter the circumstances, I'll never quit.

She is the only person I have ever felt I can tell anything to,
And not be nervous about making the call.
I know she feels she can tell me anything, too,
And I think this is what makes me happiest of all.

Sometimes when I look deep into her eyes I'm overwhelmed by her beauty,
And the rest of the world seems to fade into a hole.
But it's when she looks back at me the very same way,
I know what I'm looking at is actually her soul.

I know I love her more than anything,
And her words sometimes send me into an emotional stir.
But I think the words that have moved me the most,
Are the ones when she said I have her heart...
and would definitely be better for her
