This was my first poem and it's filled with mixed emotions so it's not perfect sweatdrop
Doubted Love
I love you with all my heart
I can't stand it when we're apart
But the thing is...
I feel like you don't love me back
Even though you say you do
Even though you were the first to say "I love you"
You don't love me
It's all a mistake
A mistake our naive hearts made
A mistake that just won't fade
But I don't know...
Is this really true love?
Whatever it is... It's making my heart ache
Could this thing called love, really be a mistake?
Maybe it is, maybe it isn't...
Maybe we are suppose to be together....
The torment I go through...
Not being able to see you...
What I'd give just to hold your hand
What I'd give for you to be here where I stand
But do you feel the same way I do?
I'm starting to think you don't
My heart aches with confusion and doubt
Do you have any idea what I'm talking about?
I don't know if it even matters to you
If it does, it doesn't seem like it
I feel like you're oblivious to how I really feel
Maybe that means our love isn't real...
Too long I've waited for you to come to me
Too long I've waited to really hear you say "I love you"
It feels like you're never there
If really feels like you don't even care...
Do you know how long I've waited for you?
I can remember each second perfectly... But you don't care...
Where ever you are... When ever or if you ever read this...
I don't know if you feel the same way I do...
But all I can say is I love you heart
