High school musical sucks! what a shocker

Tips for Rough Times
You have to admit, everyone has had a rough time in their life. Whether you're having a bad time with grades, friends, teacher, pressure, money or parents, I will try to help. If you are having a rough time now, here's some tips.

1. Tell someone, like your closest friends, that you can trust. If you have more that five closest friends, pick the ones have been there for you. If you tell more than five people, it seems like you're trying to get attention. You just need to tell the people who always hang out with you so they know why your depressed.

2. Don't do the happy act because it won't feel right inside. think of happy things and join your friends conversation!

3. Don't tell your friends to much about why you're sad or you'll regret it.

4. Take a walk, bike ride, or go shopping to clear your head.

5. Feel free to cry!

6. Don't fall into pressure! Simply walk away!

7. Do crafts to bring down the stress level

8. Stand up for yourself if people are picking on you about grades, money, or anything else

9. Do a sport or school activity if you are able. it will really take everything of your mind.

10. Talk to your parents about how you feel, they can help! even if you're mad at them. Chances are, they'll try to change.

11. Don't cut yourself! Whats the point! Is it to redirect pain? To get attention? I don't care! your only going to hurt yourself more. If your mad, punch a pillow. If you still want to cut something, cut paper!
