So this guy came to install my high speed internet at my parents house while i was still living at crooked river, and he really screwed things up. He almost deleted my moms desktop hard drive, put a password on my modem that i have no clue what it is, and told my mom that our desktop does not have enough memory on the hard drive to run the quick connect software... news flash dumb a**! i have 40 gigs of space left! that and i can't even get a hold of my mother to see about anything cause she deems it unimportant to take her cell phone or even give me a number that i can contact her to even find out if she is coming home on time.
