Concerning the behaviour of pris. no. 655321, we've found substantial evidence supporting the fact that Alexander Hoffman lives in what we call a "Ficticious Virtual Reality".
That is, to say, he/she lives in a virtual world that has ficticious elements combined with reality. However, we cannot tell if he/she is aware of this post-tragic existence. Our tests resulted in poor results concerning this matter. If Hoffman is blissfully unaware of his world, we have no recommendations to hold him in prison. We would instead recommend him for possible admittance to the Ocividul Center.
As it stands, we find no reason to enforce this action.
If indeed Hoffman has awareness of what is wrong with he/she, we recommend extreme caution for all staff of your facility. As you well know, the Ocividul Center will be of no help to this situation.
As of now, all we can recommend is to continue current medication, with care around the patient. We feel as though he may be even more dangerous than first expected...
