All this sound surrounding me,
Swallowing me whole.
All this noise in my head,
All the scary things hiding under my bed,
waiting in my closet until I lay down my head.
Lurking in the shadows,
hiding in the dark.
All of these things,waiting to kill,
waiting until I sit still.
When I finally stop moving the darkness will attack,
Engulfing me,Telling me "never look back."
The darkness will kill me,leaving nothing behind,
Nothing for my loved ones to find.
But my mind will go astray,
leading me a different way.
My love for you will keep me alive,
You're the one who will make me strive.
