Ok, so, I'll comment about my first day on Gaia....I'm confined to bed because of some surgery, so I think I spent about 12 hours on Gaia. It is really addictive! I met some lovely people there, and also witnessed some conversations that made me think that there are things I'd rather AVOID on this site.
I protected orphans (orphans are creepy), and caroled in the shops until my lungs hurt! However, I got some lovely, seasonal clothes out of that deal!
However, by the end of the day, in the real world, I found myself grumpy and dissatisfied...as though I had really wasted my life for a day.
We are only given so many of these sunrises and sunsets. I'm not sure I want to spend them acquiring pixels on Gaia.
Not that I want to be fishing in the real world either....
