I went to work today! I did a LONG day as two people were out sick...not my fault. I promise you! Really. So I got called in early and stayed late. We're never really busy on the weekdays, it's Friday Night - Saturday Night that we really need more people and that we stay open later. So we could make do being a few people short. I had a stash of cough drops under the bar. I felt like a drug addict, trying to sneak them in so that none of the customers could see. I mean, who wants to be served a pint by some coughing bloke?

Anywho. I did accomplish a few things today. I'm wholly out of shape for the gym...and working too hard made me cough more, but I do feel loads better. I think my cough just gets worse at night. I can handle that.

Daisy is very clingy tonight...odd. I guess she just missed her daddy. smile Jude is camped out on my bed. He couldn't be moved that I am home or not. Ah well.
