Torchwood Kiss Kiss Bang Bang 2x01

I've watched it three times now...

Oh it was brilliant. Gwen was brilliant. Jack was brilliant and Tosh was lovely and her cute self. Ianto was just cute and adorable and still need hugs. Owen got shot, what's up with RTD's fetish with shooting Owne?

Open was just so bloody fantastic. Blowfish! I was laughing and screaming though the whole ep. The little blurbs with the Blowfish and the great of the team...interesting. I don't think he was right. It really did look like the team had come into their own. They were on top of everything and in charge.

Jack's entrance...amazing. But left a lot of questions. How long had he been gone? How did he find them? I'm guessing he used his wrist device. BUT HOW LONG?! Ianto's expression when he thought he shot the blowfish...so cute! God, it should be illegal to be that cute!

Gwen in charge. I like that. I like her this ep, a lot. But her eyes are going all weird again! When she and Jack were talking they got so HUGE! Yay she's getting married to Rhys! But I hope she comes clean with the whole Owen thing.

And James (John). Oh god he was just *fans self* I loved the scene where Jack and John have fight sex. I love that song! RTD has good music sense in this show.

...John was the wife. Priceless. Poor Ianto has to just stand there and listen to all the innuendos. He's so in love with Jack...I know I'd want to kill both of them.

I read that there was subtext between Jack and Ianto when they were in the office looking for the "bombs". Ianto was telling Jack that he didn't want an office romance. That he wanted a real relationship. And that just makes me sooo happy. I can forgive RTD for all the shite he does with DW. But he gives us slash..canon slash. That just makes up for about anything. I'm sorry it does. HOT. HOT. HOT.

The ending...brilliant! I wanted Jack to bite John when John thought he was dead. But him just showing up like nothing had happened was priceless.

Again Gwen was great. I was so happy she slugged him. I would have too! Poncey little git.

So...brilliant episode. *goes to watch it again and drools at Eye Candy*
