We met very young
I was careless and stupid
Though our mistakes
We never did fight
We were inseparable
Twins

On the phone
We jabbered all night
2 or three hours each day
We would sit in silence
But wouldn't hang up

We would drift apart
Only to become closer
But then there was a testy year
A year of jealousy, dating, and boys
