Appearance:
In his homid form, Cerebus is a very tall and powerfully built Irishman, often going by the name of "Joseph Thorne." As his duties to the Feral Scream pack often require him to infiltrate the less classy elements of human society, he ususally dresses like a clubber in torn jeans, heavy boots, a leather jacket, and a net shirt, not to mention steel-lined fingerless gloves and spiked wristbands coated in a paralysis-inducing agent. Somehow, he manages to exude a sense of trustworthiness and likeability, so his future victims often consider him a friend before he kills them.
In glabro (near-human, for the non-White Wolfers), he has the usual increase in height and muscle mass, but he also gets military/athlete-style tan streaks over and under each eye. These are in actuality extra eyes, giving him a total of six. He keeps them closed most of the time so as to avoid rending the Veil too greatly.
In crinos, Cerebus reveals his true monstrous nature. He loses his four extra eyes but grows two extra heads, each fully functional, and he is even larger and more massive than the crinos form usually is. One of his more disconcerting abilities in this form is his advanced regeneration: if one of his limbs is severed, he can reabsorb it into his body and regrow it. Also, to successfully kill him when he's in crinos, all three of his heads must be fatally wounded and his spine must be severed. Otherwise, he'll simply regenerate in a couple of days.
Finally, Cerebus' hispo and lupus forms are as standard, only larger than the norm and with three heads.

History:
Cerebus is one of the Black Spiral Dancers' more... interesting... experiments. He was originally three Garou, each captured from a different tribe, who were fused into one being after being forced to walk the Black Spiral labyrinth. He only retained the Gifts from the dominant factor in the merge, the Fianna, but occasionally an event will trigger memories or instincts from his other two factors, a Get of Fenris and a Wendigo. Cerebus joined the Feral Scream pack, led by Josh Scion-of-the-Wyrm Canirus, soon after the last surviving member of the Tsukai clan escaped Josh's claws in Yokohama. Now, he's helping his superior hunt her down, and has already made steps towards befriending her allies. Soon, it will be time for him to strike... but not yet. Not quite.

Personality:
Cerebus is sort of odd, personality-wise. As his mind was formed essentially by shattering three minds and using all the pieces to create one new one, his psyche is unstable. He alternates between acting like a perfectly nice, affable guy, and a sadistic scoundrel. He is very careful to keep himself under control when around those he needs to fool, but he also has a penchant for a service he likes to call "Screw 'n Chew," supplied by a local Spiral Kinfolk-run club, Cocytus. This service amounts to him having his way with a prostitute, then devouring her. He will show mercy to his enemies as part of his ruse to gain someone's trust, but often tracks down the intended victim and kills them anyway, out of anyone's sight. If he's alone or with other Wyrm-servants, however, he will give no quarter and usually devours the resulting corpse.

Notes:
Cerebus possesses a unique Gift known only as Brothers in Arms. With it, he can make the arms and legs of his other factors emerge from any location on his body in any form, bringing him to a total of six arms and six legs. This is a very effective surprise attack method.
