I sat alone on a mountain and watched the world, did all this beauty and serenity come from nothing by chance or was all this created by a divine hand at the beginning of time? on the horizon dark clouds were forming, a cold chill moved though me if all this is just chance the future for all of us is bleak filled with war and death the only thing to look forward to is the cold shadow of the grave, the creator merciful to all yet his wrath is like no other, telling us of a land beyond this one were we meet up with our loved ones for eternity, why do so many believe that all that lies ahead is death that the world was brought up on it, is it not better to believe in the after life than fear death with every breath, I lie on my back and look up at the stars..... wondering if my love is looking back.
