I've been trying to find this Web Comic (Manga) I used to read online.
Does anyone know the name?
It was mecha, set in the future. With this girl with orange hair and two long pigtails, who wanted to make all Cyborgs as human a possible. And she had this bishie with her who didn't like her at first, now does, and her name was Angel. Can't remember his name. Had a bishie brother who looked kinda like Sasuke.
