I'm losing it....I havent been getting enough sleep,but last nite...I went to bed early...It was evil because I woke up late in the night and wanted to come on the computer because I was wide awake....so I stayed in bed all wide awake until I could fall asleep.....doesnt really help if you have a cat on you....

	drink some hot tea, it helps you relax. dont start taking sleeping pills even over the counter ones, i got so bad i couldnt sleep without taking at least one. and withdrawl is not fun.
