Megan walked down the hallway with a self-satisfied smile on her face and her hands in her pockets. That had amused her. A lot.
Hey Squall? Where's the front gate?
Squall, who was slowly recovering from a small laughing fit, wiped his eyes. 'First, take the elevator down.'
Megan brightened up even more, if that was at all possible.
'And NO, you may not push all the buttons in the elevator at once.'
Phooey! Megan pouted slightly but perked up anyway. She just couldn't stay sad for very long.
"I'm late, I'm late, I'm LATE!!" Megan turned slightly and felt someone crash into her. "Waah!"
Owie! That hurts... "Are you ok?" she asked the girl she ran into.
The girl hopped right back up. "There. Tee-hee, I'm fine."
Yayfun! It's Selphie! She's hyper!
'She reminds me of you,' Squall said with a smirk. 'And how do you know her name? We just met her...'
Shuddup. And I told you, I've finished the game. Aaaalll the way to the 'Happily Ever After'
"Sorry. I was kinda in a hurry."
Megan smiled and the girl brightened immensely.
"Oh yeah! Hey, did you just come from that class?" she pointed to the classroom that Megan just came out of. Megan nodded. "Is..... Homeroom over?" Megan nodded again. "Woo... oh, nooo..."
'Why aren't you saying anything?' Squall wondered.
It's SELPHIE!! I LOVE Selphie! She's such a ditz, like me! 'Sides, I wouldn't wanna use up your daily allotment of twenty words.
'Freak...' Squall mumbled under his breath.
"This place is soooo much bigger than my last Garden! Oh, hey, hey. I just transferred here. Do you think you could give me a quick tour of this Garden?" Selphie asked, looking at Megan with puppy dog eyes.
"Sure."
'You don't even know -your- way around the Garden.' Squall pointed out.
Yeah... That's why you're going to help me.
'Who said I'd help you?'
I did. Megan produced the pink bow again and held it in front of Squall. 'Sides, it's -your- body I'm controlling and -your- reputation that would be ruined if I decided Seifer's hot...
'Very well.' Squall conceded. It wasn't worth going through being wrapped in a big, fluffy pink bow again and he didn't trust what Megan would do with Seifer.
"Whoo-hoo!" Selphie said, jumping up and down, "Alright, let's go!"
'Take the elevator to the lobby and show her the directory...' Squall said dejectedly.
"We'll take the elevator to the 1F lobby and I'll show you the directory," Megan told Selphie. They both wandered slowly towards the elevator, but, of course, Megan just -had- to stop and talk to every person along the way. This time, it was some boy standing outside the elvator.
"Oh hey," he said as she approached, "would you like to have these? My brother gave me these cards but they're really not my thing. You can have them if you'd like."
Whoo-hoo! Free stuff! And I don't even have to steal it! "How do you play?"
"What? How do you play a card game? Hmmm, I think it'd be best to ask someone who already knows how to teach you. I don't know much about it, really. If you want to play cards with someone, just talk to them. But keep in mind, not everyone is a card player. Oh, and by the way, I don't play, so don't bother challenging me." he handed her seven cards, which she gratefully took.
Thank you, mysterious dude guy. You will be forever known as the first person to realize the obvious and act upon it.
'What is this obvious thing you speak of?' Squall asked.
The obvious is that I'm gonna save the world, so, logically, everyone should give their stuff to me and the like.
'You're insane.'
Thank you. Megan wandered into the elevator and pushed -just- the button for the first floor, riding there in silence. Which way? Megan asked Squall, looking around curiously.
'That way. Towards the directory.' Squall glared at Megan for being an idiot.
"That's the directory." Megan pointed towards a giant map of the garden and walked down the stairs, resisting the urge to slide down the railing. What's this thing for? How's it work?
Squall sighed. 'Just repeat after me, okay?'
Mkay. Megan lead Selphie in front of the directory and looked at it. Wow... this place is really big...
'You're kind of slow, you know that, don't you?'
Yup. I'm rather proud of that too. Megan smiled when Squall hit himself in the forehead out of pure frustration. "This is it." Megan said, repeating Squall, "Balamb Garden is pretty big. It's a good idea to check where you want to go, and select it here."
"I have a question!" Selphie piped up. "How do you use this?"
"Just touch the screen to select a location. Um... Next, I'll give a quick explanation of the various faculties."
"Huh?"
"The various facilities," Megan winced. She hated the mindless-ness of repeating someone.
"Yes, sir!"
'Nice one.'
Shuddup and help or so help me, I'll show you some of the better Squall/Seifer doujinshi I have.

Megan couldn't help but smirk. It's you and Seifer having hot sweaty man-sex... and it shows EVERY detail...
'The dormitory is to the north!' Squall said, fully cowed.
"You'll find the dormitory to the north." Megan continued, as if nothing were wrong. In reality, she was having fun watching Squall deal with the fact that there were explicit pictures of him and Seifer going at it somewhere in her mind. Thankfully, he still managed to provide the information that she needed to give Selphie while being mildly terrified. "A majority of the students live in the dorms. There aren't too many students who commute."
"Yeah, I'm in the dorms, too!"
"You can rest and change in there." Not to mention do... other things... Megan smirked again as Squall visably flinched. "West of the North Block is the cafeteria. There's always a big rush for the hot dogs. You better get used to waiting in line." Megan smirked again.
'Don't Say ANYTHING!' Squall warned her, looking like he was at his wits end.
"Got it!"
"East of the North Block is the parking lot. We usually take a Garden car when a mission comes up. The front gate is located to the south..."
'That's right... We have to go meet Instructor Trepe at the front gate...' Squall reminded her.
Yeah... we're getting there.
"Hm? What's the matter?" wondered Selphie.
"Nothing..."
I'm just talking to voices in my head, no biggie.
"Next, we have the quad, located in the West Block. There's an event being planned there..."
"I know! I know! It's the Garden festival! It's going to be great! I'm planning on being on the committee. You wanna help out, too!?"
Course!
'No.' Squall said, deadpanned.
Please?? Megan said while giving him puppy eyes.
'No.'
"Let's just continue. South of the West Block is the infirmary. This is where you get treated for your injuries, but a lot of students just come here for advice."
"What's the doctor's name?"
"Doctor Kadowaki. Now the East Block. This is the training center. It's the only facility open at night. It's used for training, and they have real monsters running loose here."
Real Monsters!! AWESOME!!
"Um... If you don't take it seriously, you may end up dead. Just be careful."
Selphie gulped nervously "...okay."
"South of the East Block is the library. There's a lot of materal you can look up in there, but the terminals in the classroom are a lot more efficient. And you already know about the classroom on the 2F, right?"
"Yep, I remember that one."
"By the way, the headmaster's office is located on the 3F. You need permission to get in."
"Another question. What's the headmaster's name?"
"Headmaster Cid. That's about it. Anything else?"
"Got it! Heeey, um... are you taking today's SeeD exam?"
"Yeah." Course! I rock THAT much!
"Then maybe I'll see you again, later. I've already finished my training at my previous Garden. I'm taking the SeeD exam today, too. Good luck to both of us, huh! Thanks a lot." Selphie walked away happily and Megan breathed a sigh of relief.
"That was..."
'Weird?' Squall supplied.
"Bloody hard was what I was gonna say, but that's good too."
'People are staring...'
Who cares? Megan stuck her tongue out at the people who were staring and walked towards the front gate, humming contentedly.
