Traveling from the city to Sakura Hills took a lot longer than I had planned. By the time I reached the village, it was past midnight. Luckily for me, the mayor is a very kind and understanding man. He didn't even mind my late night intrusion, and gave me the key to the clinic. I should of cut my losses and settled in for the night, but there was alot to do! I ended up spending most of the night sorting through bottles of medicine. I must of dozed off.. I can't recall falling a sleep. I headed for the library. Boy, that place is popular. The librarian, Mrs Summers, is pretty cute. Very shy. She actually banged her forehead on the desk. It was a good thing she wasn't hurt.
I also met a few other people from around the village. Mrs Cross, a farmer, brought her dog into the library. I'm not fond of animals. I hope they don't assume a doctor is able to cure for animals. Urg.
I also met my new assistant, Nurse Emily. She never mentioned her last name.. it feels arkward using her first name. She seems very energetic. She has a strong will to please. I'm sure she will be very useful. Though, it has crossed my mind. In such a small town, an assistant seems unnessasary. .. unless of course there are alot of farming accidents. Oh my. Lets hope not! Ah well.. Dr. Kashimato out.
Mrs Cross injured her wrist. Shes quite lucky it wasn't broken. Seems Crash knocked her off a ladder. I treated it with a new medical cream I had made this morning. I hope its a success! Heh. As I went out in search of something to eat, the restaurant closed at the time, I ran into Arianna. She was having a picnic by herself. She had found a beautiful spot near the lake. It was quiet and relaxing, until two men showed up out of the blue. It was quite surprising, to say the least.
One of the men gave out bottles of wine, it seemed to upset Arianna. I dunno, maybe it was just my imagination. Its something I'll look into at another time, for now, I'll tred lightly in that area. When I asked if she'd join me to the fireworks festival this evening, she perked up. She claims to have never gone with a friend before. I sort of doubt it, shes quite pretty and people seem to be drawn to her. Heh. Ah well. Maybe we'll be able to find a nice quiet spot and be able to talk.
