ok so i figured id do a tribute to my favorite rpg series here shin megami tensei i'll start it with my first

Digital devil saga: well what can i say um how about my favorite rpgs of all time both 1 and 2 are very short but put them together you have a great game in all of its glory. the voices (english) for one are simply fantastic ive heard almost every one their voices and recongnized them instantly. The game play over all is actualy pretty dam hard at times a requires a lot of thought full planning9true of almost any mega ten game). its like reading a really good book or watching a movie. Now i guess it could be considered a drama as it is really sad at points but it also has a great message. truly it is bliss now this may not be consiodered the best game(or games rather becuase im refering 1 and 2 together) of the series but its always gonna be my favorite. the first one is a really rare game now and im not to sure about the second one it may o may not be(i bought it in a store).

nocturne: I think this game was probably the first to make a big impact in the usa and it is really good. For one thing it can be insanely hard i mean seriously you wanna challenge play this. Theres no voice acting but i think kinda add to the whole destroyed world feel theres a couple endings in the game that you can play out. as far as story i think the plot was a nice and original and somthing that we just dont see enough of. overall this game is super rare i mean like seriously if you ever see this at a game store BUY IT.

Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs the Soulless Army (long a** tittle): Well its not a turn based rpg by nature buts its still pretty good games play. thd storys a little odd the begining doesnt unfold very good but thats ok. Its good the same cel shaded awsomeness in graphics. its not the best of the series(its proably the worst of the ps2 line) but its still a good game.

persona 3: ok this hit a lot of fans hard(in a good way) id say that this one was proably the most popular out of all of the ps2 games thus far. The art direction is
seemless to say the least the voices are recongnizable and well choosen(i mean who doesnt love Vic Mignogna as junpei). the game play was not my favorite aspect of the game i mean without total control of your party it becomes less of a
games of skill and strategy and more of a game of chance. Theres still some skill needed but it does amount to luck some times. but the game play is not without merit i mean you can control your charcters some what. the other aspect are kinda like a date sim which at times i find really funny. the thing i dont like is that there is SO much voiceless text and so few ACTUAL cutscenes and when there are there really short. Now these flaws are minor and the game as a whole is amazing(digital devil saga still beats it in my book)

now today(the 23) persona 3 FES is coming out and i cant wait to play

also persona 4 is already set for a ps2 release on october 7 of 08 now thats just japenese release but as far as us goes its probly not far behind that concedering the persona 3 comercial success.
