Today, my class took a field trip to a construction site, to help Habitata for Humanity build some houses. There were 5 groups working on 5 different houses. I was in group 2. Heheh. I don't mean to brag, but....our group got the most done! XDDD
While building the house, we had several injuries to several people...Taylor cut her leg on a piece of metal. She has a pretty good gash...Kyle got 2 blisters, and cut his hand....Sammantha, ripped some skin off of her hand, and kept accedentally hitting herself with a hammer...Kimberly got hit in the head with a large piece of lumber, got dehydrated, and almost passed out! I on the other hand, did not get a single injury. (I'm shocked! I'm such a klutz most of the time!!) I did however, get a sunburn. Thats only the second time I've had one! I never burn...heheh. funny thing is, it looks like a farmer's tan! XDDD
Whenever we got a break, we all had water fights. XDDD It was fun, and cooled us off at the same time! lol
