Ok, my brother just got married a few days ago. And so we went up to Oregon for the wedding. I've never been to Oregon so I was looking forward to the trip. Not the extremely long car ride up there mind you. But the fact that I've never been there and I would get the chance to be some where new for a change.

So, after the two day drive up there that held a stop in Livermore, California for the night at my sisters. We finally arrive in a small town called Hood River, with is just north or Portland, Oregon.

We had rented a three bedroom house for the week. Because we where planning to stay up there a while and sight see after the wedding for a few days. First of all let me tell you about that house. All I have to say is, It was a freaking nice house. Besides the fact that it was on a golf course. And if you stood in the living room you could see all the old people golfing. But that's besides the point. So, T.V in every room. Three of the T.V's have cable. Movie and DVD rack, fully furnished. It was really nice. So when I wasn't at the wedding or running around Oregon with my family I was watching tv or movies on cable. And catching up on a lot of the rated R movies I haven't seen. The best part is when my mom didn't get mad at me for doing it.

Any way, lots of fun things to do up there. We went and saw waterfalls, went on a paddle boat ride on the Columbia River, went up to "The Lost Lake", very pretty lake mind you. Went canoeing, When to see the Dame. A whole lot of fun all around.

I live in Arizona, and grew up in Utah. So being in Oregon where the state is green every where was really shocking for me. So we spend a week up there. See the sites, my brother got married. And now I'm home. Fun trip, the car ride to and from there was boring. But other then that I had a lot of fun.
