On Ardenferiar, 2039 B.E. (Before Eclipse), there were two vampires that discovered different books of power. These books had two main powers, light and darkness. When they found out how much destruction these books can cause, they hid them in secrecy, making other element books to protect it. They decided to start a family, so there secret could be kept and they can teach them how to read the books. They also taught them, when they were ready, how to recreate the books through their elements. Up to the eclipse, the family grew big and famous enough to become a royal family, having over 30 members. These are the books, these are their stories in the pages...
The Book of Water
Water, the most uncontrollable element around, because it always ever-flowing. This book wasn't the hardest to read, but its one of the hardest to control. There were only 3 people that were able to control the book. The last one was the last female of the family, Mackenzie, she was the 3rd oldest of the Third Generation. She was last scene during the massacre, defending the family secret with the others, presumed dead. Book hasnt been seen since then.
The Book of Nature
This book taught the user how to control the growth of plants and how to talk to animals. This book is rumored to have two sections to it, both sections teaching something different. There were at least 6 holders, the latest was Gary, the oldest of the 4th generation. He was the first killed during the massacre, book went missing.
The Book of Fire
Fire, the element that can burn at uncontrollable rates. This book was one of the strongest. Its owner can even make it rain fire if it wanted. The latest owner is Nelious, the second oldest of the 4th generation. He was chosen to become leader of the vampires and was put in a deep hibernation. He was awaken recently, using his power to help the vampire nation reach the top again.
The Book of Electricity
Electricity, fastest and most dangerous element, mostly cause of its nature. The electricity book is the thickest of the books because of all you can do with electricity. Only 4 people could control the electricity. The last owner was Trent, the oldest of the 4th generation. He was the fastest of the family because he knew how to use his element to become lightning. He and his book was last seen a week before the massacre, going on a mission to spy on the werewolves.
The Book of Ice
Ice, deadlier that water, because, like its liquid counterpart, its ever-flowing and a solid. This book can be opened only by certain vampires. Only 2 vampires could open this book. Its last owner was Charles, the youngest of the 4th generation. He could control ice so well that he could become ice himself. He's one of the only ones who survived the massacre. After that, he swore that he would end the war so no one else could get killed.
The Book of Wind
Wind is everywhere, so the controller could be anywhere. The Wind book is one of the easiest to read, mostly to get control of the feel. The most owners were Wind movers The last owner was Walter, the second youngest of the 4th generation. He could become wind, virtually being anywhere. He survived the massacre, went off on his own to discover the way of the old...
The Book of Rock
Controlling rocks means you could move the ground and throw rocks. There were 7 owners of this book, the latest being Ivan, the youngest of the 3rd generation. He was the father of Walter, Charles, Nelious and Trent. He was killed during the massacre, his book being entrusted with Charles.

The Book of Light
The book of Light is the book of all thats good. Although Light is the enemy of the vampires and werewolves, its need to control the darkness. No one knows where this book is, but Charles was taught how to read it.
The Book of Darkness
No one knows that much about the book of Darkness except that its the most powerful. Its rumored that the Great Eclipse happened because someone read the book. This books location is also unknown, but Walter was taught how to read it.
