Sick

Well for the past two weeks, I've been sick off and on...mostly with a fever and cold...thats is all in thanx to the wonderful kids i work with..they have been sick a lot lately...over the weekend however, I took a turn for the worse. I have been having a fever of about 102.5..Tylenol wont help it so I'll pile on the blankets to break the fever..that works but unfortunately I'll be sweating and shivering at the same time....plus its has gotten hard to swallow and my glands in my neck and throat are swollen...I checked my symptoms on WebMD and they agreed with me that it was probably strep throat..yea me right...lol..so my wonderful boyfriend, who has been trying so hard to take care of me and make me feel better all weekend, took me to the er last night. we were in and out in about an hour and a half..great time..the doc took a look at my throat after hearing my symptoms and agreed it was strep....i got some Tylenol in triage...some Penicillin, a big shot in my upper arm for something, and some pills to help the swelling in my throat to go down.....my fever finally broke and so far hasn't come back....I'm gonna go fill my prescription later today...i feel better than I have in a few days even though my throat is still killing me......I just want to say thank-you to Jasyn for taking care of me and making me feel better. Just having you hold me and rubbing my head and trying to keep me warm helped a lot...I love you Jasyn.
