I came to gaia first on August 19. The existence of such an enormous roleplaying community astonished me. I only recently became aware of such things. The purpose of this first chapter is mainly to introduce myself. I'm sixteen, not too far into life, I suppose. Actually, my seventeenth birthday is coming up soon. December, in fact. I'm a Sagittarius; my best friend is a Leo. Unfortunately, any relationships I enter in don't seem to last long... People says it's because I'm too independent. I wouldn't really know. Last week, another close friend moved away. When I realized this, something...broke in me, I guess you could say. Something awoke. Or someone, I should say. Perhaps, unconsciously, for the last sixteen years, I've been telling myself it's not real. No one's there. But the blackouts have been more frequent lately, and I find myself hearing stories of things I can't remember doing. What's wrong with me? Why do I have to be so different?
