Life and love
floats on the whispering wind,
both refreshing,
until either must end.
The joys and the sorrows
that all of us must see,
makes us the person
that tomorrow we'll be.
The explanation or reason,
we'll never see why,
we must enjoy every moment
before it passes us by.
Everlasting life
is what Jesus promised to all,
it's never the end,
in the moment we fall.
One chapter is finished
and another begins,
as we meet our Lord
and admit to our sins.
Life is so fragile
just like the whispering wind,
and just like the breeze
someday it will end.
