School was hell the last month or so. I passed Chemistry. With a C. And only because I spent the whole night before the last day of school rapidly doing late chemistry homework. NOT GOOD. I tried to work hard to get a B...and I failed.

...I need something to stab, or distract me. Otherwise I will stab myself over idiot school. NOT WORTH IT. Only L'oreal is. blaugh

Hehe...BUT I"M ALIVE. No more school for at least a month yet! Just thinking about classes makes me contemplate suicide. BAD.

*sigh* I don't know what this C will do for my college chances though. Will colleges like a student who chokes on the most important year of high school? Then again, I'm only really pushed for my high grades to get a good job. Parents are highly recommending pharmacy. It doesn't seem that bad. Not suicide worthy at least. But it's not exactly a dream job either. Hm...

Guess the only thing to do is to act the part of obedient daughter, build up a nice egg of money, and then run off to be artist! With a degree in pharmacy, one can live as indigent artist for a while.

I've spent the last couple of weeks watching lots of anime, more than I ever have, back to back anyways. The more recent are as follows:

Gankutsuou
Chevalier D'eon

Gankutsuou is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST THING I"VE EVER WATCHED. It has everything a fangirl could love: Gorgeous animation, emotastic characters, tight plot, believable characters, prettiful music and SHONEN-AI. Well, maybe not so lovable if you're a hardcore yaoi fan...but it's still luffable. Trust me. I'm still on a "French melodrama" backspin, trying to fill the emptiness with other similar anime. Unfortunately, I have yet to find its equal. Oh, and plus it's fairly short at 24 episodes. No 100+ epic.

Chevalier D'eon was one of those backspin anime. I loved the characters. In it, I found a worthy manly character to crush on who was not a bishonen. That has to be some sort of achievement. xd FEAR THE POWER OF HIS DEXTROUS EYEBROWS. The story itself...was insane. Not the good kind either. The kind where you're forced to check the Wikipedia entry to figure out what's going on.

Extremely excellent distractions, even for a "C" and especially in the boredom of summer.
