I just remembered about the burns my dad got from using a heating pad. When he broke his ribs recently, he decided to use a heating pad to soothe the pain. He ended up falling asleep with the heating pad on his back. It short-circuited and caught on fire. Since he was drugged up from the medicine the doctors gave him, he did not wake up right away. He ended up getting third degree burns on his upper back. Ouch! And you can tell it is pretty painful just by how it looks.
Oh, and I had to use a heating pad yesteday because I was sick and was having some back pains because of it, and I did not dare go to sleep with it. I ended up feeling sick while we were at Sears and visiting Shilpa. My face turned ghostly white and I felt like I was going to throw up. We left and I started to have pain in my back. Tons of fun [not really!]. I got to lay around all day though. And, I ended up
I about forgot! When we were at Sears, it was Shilpa's lunch break and, of coarse, she was having lunch. Because she is from India, she always brings new food from her homeland. She made this thing that almost was made like peanut brittle, but had crushed peanuts and sesame seeds. It was really good. It had a unique taste to it.
It was terrible, I could not sleep last night. My grandma gave me some medication for the pain so I could go to sleep. Well, at three in the morning I was still wide awake. I looked at the bottle and it said each dose contained as much caffine as a cup of coffee! No more medicine before I go to bed!
I am going to be back in Ohio in four days! I am very excited!
