GHOST_Ocelot's Log

Part 3
Here we go, ladies and gents. Here comes a twist. Thank you, Yvonne for you advice. *********************************************************************
Ocelot said up, wincing. Octacon gently helped her up. Raiden was pacing back and forth between the two beds in the room.

"Snake!" Ocelot gasped abruptly.

"Calm down. He's in the ER right now. They said that he should be fine." Octacon said gently.

"Should? What are the odds, Doctor?" Ocelot asked, standing up.

"Uhhhhhh..." Octacon looked down. The answer came out in a soft, barely audible cough, "27% chance of surviving."

Ocelot's eyes widened, "WHAT?! 27%? NO!"

Raiden walked over to her, patting her comfortingly on her back, "Ocelot...Snake's a strong man. He'll make it. The doctors are sure he will, so-"

"You're lying! You're lying, Raiden!" Ocelot stood up, racing from the room.

Raiden went after hewr, catching her in front of a bathroom. He grabbed her arm, jerking the soldier around to face him. "Ocelot, calm down! Please, calm down...I hate seeing you like this..." He said, wiping away some tears.

    Hmm...little abrupt, little angsty. Not as good as the previous installments, to be frank, but far from "bad" by any means.

    Also, there's only one 'c' in Otacon.

    And, on a less serious note, a 27% chance of survival just doesn't have the same impact after all he went through in MGS4. xp
