FALL
The wind howls its lonely song
Over the mountains made of glass and steel,
And the suns glaring rays break free
Across a city that is harsh and real.
From atop a building's roof
A girl steps lightly on to the edge,
Arms spread like an eagles wings,
And jumps from the high up ledge.
City streets flash closer and closer,
A mass of lights and a concrete sea;
Before she laughs and soars away
Happy she is free.
The wind howls its lonely song
Over the mountains made of glass and steel,
And the suns glaring rays break free
Across a city that is harsh and real.
From atop a building's roof
A girl steps lightly on to the edge,
Arms spread like an eagles wings,
And jumps from the high up ledge.
City streets flash closer and closer,
A mass of lights and a concrete sea;
Before she laughs and soars away
Happy she is free.
