Label Me Black.
To all the posers and losers, and actors pretending to be someone you're not,
To all the wannabees and queen bees regarding each other with spite and distrust,
Allowing yourselfs to be pulled to the limit by labels and stats,
The popular, the outkasts,
regarded in opposite ways.
Are your outlooks so important, worth writing down to match your personality?
Are they written shallowly in hopes of popularity, or written in hopes of expressing your individuality,
Or is individuality a label too?
Are you allowing yourselfs to be canned like soup,
with a pricetag attached?
Determining your worth in society?
Or is it you just don't care how they look at you, or maybe you're just trying to be punk.
Does everything have a label? Does everyone have a price?
Can we buy and trade views on life without being called poseurs?
Can I label you?
Will you label me?
I hope i'm worth more than a dollar.
