Have you seen that commercial on TV, th eone where the little girl is sitting on a couch and all these pictures of like Victoria Secret models show up on bilboards and such and it says that girls are under more pressure than ever these days to be all super skinny and like anorexic and such, you know that commercia well that got me thinking about things but i just dismissed it. so a week or so ago i was reading somethink in a magazin and it was talking about this girl with a eating disorder and she was like starving herself and such just to stay skinny. then it went on to say that so many young beautiful girls were doing this kind of thing because our society is based on being unrealistically thin. the women on the magazine convers, they've had so much make- up and airbrushing done that it's virtually impossible to look like them. so really, women, and men, are striving to be a perfect that doesn't even exist. just think about that for a second. we all try to be or look like famous people at one time or another right? but we're just wasting time trying to become something that doesn't even exist! So as my rant comes to a close i say this in parting, you are beautiful the way you are and as long as you're happy with you that's all you need. you should spen your life striving for something real. not something airbrushed or applied with a powder brush. Geez. anywhosy... that's all for now folks.
