My thoughts on what the guild *should* be like. If you would like an invitation when the guild first opens up just drop me a PM.
I have looked through most of the few Star Trek guilds on here, and I *think* all of the ones just for RPing. They all seem to have the whole Star Trek universe open, and everyone captains their own ship.
This guild will be a little different than those, taking place on the USS Exeter in the year 2268. The ship has been decontaminated and now needs a new crew.
Members who join will start out as a crewman in one of three divisions (sciences, operations, or command) depending on what they want and will work their way up the proverbial ladder. Team RPs will include going down to various unexplored planets' surfaces, space battles, checking up on things, and of course, parties in the crew's rec room.
Playable races will include Human, Vulcan, Andorian, Caitian, and Deltan. Romulans and Klingons are the main enemies, though I may be persuaded to allow a Romulan or Klingon character if you can give me a really good profile and biography.
Most of the RPing will take place on board the USS Exeter. When the Exeter is orbiting a planet, however, anyone is allowed to head down to the planet's surface.
Every so often the Exeter will return to Starbase 11 for a week or so. During that time the crew is allowed to wander the stabase as well.
Plot: Around the same time that the USS Exeter was released for duty once more, a series of wormholes has opened up in Federation territory. The USS Exeter's mission is to explore the areas these new portals lead to, having been deemed safe by the Federation. Unfortunately, more of the wormholes have appeared in Klingon territory and the Romulan Star Empire. They seem to lead to roughly the same areas.
