A lonely boy,
Used as a toy,
The girl he kissed,
Will be forever missed.
What they had done,
While it lasted was fun,
But it gave the girl fear,
And now shes not near.
The boy was hurt,
He felt like a jerk,
But within a week,
A tear ran down his cheek...
She was with another guy,
It left him asking why,
Why did all girls do the same thing?
His head began to ring,
Sadness, depression,
All turned to aggression...
He punched a tree,
Till the blood from his fist was free,
He put the blood on a note,
It made her cry what he wrote...
He cared for her like he did no other,
But her heart lied with another,
He began to choke,
His feelings provoked...
From that day forward he swore to never feel a thing,
Only that intoxicating ring,
His aggression had won,
His love was now done...
Later she came admitting her mistake,
Her apology he did not take,
She said she still loved him but she was still with the guy,
The only difference this time is he did not cry...
He began to laugh at her indecisiveness,
Which only diminished his niceness,
He'd become emotionless,
His cheek forever tearless...
In the end she'd come back to him,
But the conclusion is grim,
She'd destroyed his emotions and could NEVER love as easily again...
He still comforts her when she needs him because of his inner weakness, a part that still cares for her, but he is still cautious... Hes a cynic now...
