Realizing that being busy at a constant helps my optimism flourish, this break has withered my enthusiasm. Some days I'm busy with family, friends, and/or chores. Others I find myself bored out of my mind. I'll be happy to return to school. This Friday I head back almost a week before classes begin due to my jobs. I enjoy being an RA, and tutoring little ones really brightens my day.
As far as classes are considered, I'm upping my workload. I'm taking 17hrs. This makes me happy. Last semester I only took 13, I normally average 18hrs, so I'm glad to be back on track. By the way, good news: though I lost my scholarship last winter break, I reacquired it at this checkpoint. Life is good. Now I just can't loose it again.
Back to classes. I'm tackling two forms of art that I'm not really that familiar with: 3-D and Printmaking. I have a feeling that I'm going to like both. In my Color Theory class our first project was a sculpture and I enjoyed creating it. This gives me high hopes for 3-D. Lots of fun I'm sure.
Completing all of my core classes has made this university seem more finite. I now almost know that this is where I'm graduating from. I even I bought my mom a t-shirt complete with school logo and colors. This is the item of school paraphernalia I've bought. Yes, I've waited two and a half years before really investing in my school. I'm an odd one.
Well I'm done rambling. Today's going to be a busy one. I'm taking one of my grandmothers out, so it'll all be fun. Lots of rain to look forward to. I wish you all the best as usual.
