Jasper Hale..
Where can I begin about Jasper. He is absolutely amazing, one of my favorite characters of the Twilight saga. It is hard for me to understand why people think he is creepy, sure in the movie he never smiles and always looks like he's "in pain", but the real Jasper isn't really like that. He always feels a pleather of emotions and since he is with the Cullens now it must be much happier emotions. He constantly feels all that love coming from Alice all the time and he never had that before. It is only difficult for Jasper to adjust to the Cullen's life style because for so many years all the emotions he was getting from others was hate and violence so he did not know there could be anything else. But a lot of the reasons why Jasper is so AMAZING is because of Alice. Without Alice Jasper would just be another Vampire who drinks human blood... Jasper would be like James... but he's not, he's Jasper and we will always love him. Alice helps make Jasper the kind, compassionate person he is. You know... even thought Alice does make Jasper who he is, even before he met her he was charismatic and charming. Well I am highly anti-war and I think that a lot of Jasper's problems are because he was in that gruesome war in Texas. In my mind Jasper represents some of the soldiers from wars of the past and from the idiotic war that America is "fighting" right now. The soldiers become depressed and emotionally unstable because they are killing humans like Jasper was... but thank goodness for Jasper's sake he has Alice to help him. Jasper is just an awesome character and people shouldn't judge him because of his past.
