The colon and semicolon aren't so important, but you need to use endmarks, or else people will become confused, and you won't earn money by Role-Playing (which happens to be one of the best pay-dirts here.)
Here is a list of the best money-makers in Gaia:
1. Creating Guilds and RPs; With each thread you have, the more cash you earn. Unfortunately, this is confusing for nubs, so best left for more experienced RP'rs.
2. Avi-Art; I am one of the many who make there living here by creating custom avitar artwork for Gaians. You'll need a scanner, Photoshop, and tallent for this one. For work quality of the art-arena's top ten, people will pay at least 10K.
3. Role-Playing; This is where the English lesson comes in handy. I'm sure you already know how to RP, but if you don't know where to go, it's pointless. First, go to the Guilds building in Barton Town. Submit there to a guild you like, and start RPing for a steady flow of cash. You can also go to Announcements or Chatterbox in Forums to find a non-obligated RP. This usually means that there isn't any fancy sign-up, but there are still rules to follow (like grammer!!)
4. Posting; Going into chatterbox or announcements on the Forum will also find discussion topics for your liking. You can click New Topic at the top to create one yourself, and if the fish bite, you could make even more money this way, too.
5. POLE WHORE!! ; Go to guilds and join a poll guild. (The most popular would be Magical Poll-Land, the largest guild in Gaia.) Just take poll after poll, and soon you'll have oodles of cash.
6. Complimentary Town cash; Shopping, fishing, gambling, art-rating, and even wandering will take you on the tortise-express to getting cash. This is monotinous and takes forever, so I'd pick one of the above choices as your main income.
