My Poem:first love
It was mere superstition to think that(counting petals)would make you love me...but when a tear still holds innocence and a jaded heart has yet to come,a flower is as good an indication as any you might give me.
It was a foolish whim to hope that (a wish upon a star)would bring you to my window,but when time still comes in abundance and disappointments have not overwhelmed,the night sky remains a reliable as any infallible source.It was capricious youth that believed,and a naive heart which assumed,you could never let me down.
