When the time begins,
You figure out
It's almost up,
You scream and shout.
Your lungs burst,
Your eyes tear
Your heart races,
She's so near.
You reach out,
Grasp the air
But she smiles back,
And grabs her hair.
Your tears still flow,
She cannot tell
She just laughs on,
At heaven's bell.
Shes glowing now,
And she finds out
What you cried,
And screamed about.
She fights back,
Kicks and screams
But all for naught,
No more dreams.
Reality turns,
And doesn't quit
You struggle and shake,
Bit by bit.
But she's almost gone,
The dark still there
Her ribbon lost,
From her soft hair.
Memories flash,
You see the past
You see the girl,
The one and last.
But her screams are lost,
Though your still there
Her fate is easier,
Than the one you bear.
Your cries finally stop,
Your heart in two
You sob her name,
The thought so blue.
You clutch the cloth,
Her scent remains
Your breaths are shallow,
Your balance wanes.
You need to rest,
It's all so fast
Now youll be haunted,
From demon's past.
You shall survive,
And live askew
But you'll always know,
How she loved you.
