To Live Chapter.1
A teen walked nervously down an allyway. Cold and wet from the rain that was pouring down a few minutes before, he sat behind a dumpster. He's been wandering around with no idea where he's at or where he could be going. Truefully, he doesn't even really know who HE is. All he knows is that his name MIGHT be Jack. He came to that conclusion when he woke up on the side of the road about an hour ago. The reason for this, is the black leather collar that is around his neck. It has a lock on it, so he can't take it off and has the tag with his (he guesses) name on it.
The feeling of loneliness washed over him. No memories and stuck in a city late at night. He hasn't even seen another living being sense his awakening.
"I first got to at least know myself..." He sighed. Looking down at a broken piece of glass, he decided to see what he looked like.
Black hair that's kind of messy looking, but could be due to how it's cut. Green eyes with pupils that are a little more oval then what they're suppose to be for a normal person. Skin somewhat pale but seemed to suit his nature. The only other noticeable feature was just how he seemed to not really express his emotions on his face. His cloths just consisted of; a black t-shirt, dark blue jeans, and worn out gray sneakers.
Tilting his head up, he stared at the sky. It looks like it's going to rain again. Sighing again, he went to stand up before realization struck him. Eyes going wide in horror, he looked down at the mirror again.
On the top of his head was a pair of furry black ears. He didn't notice before because they were tilted backwards to match his sorrow. Now sticking straight up to show his shock, they twitched.
"What the hell!?" Backing up from his own reflecion, he sucked up against the wall. A sudden sharp pain went up his spine making him yelp and jump from surprise.
That's when he felt like he was going to throw up. The pain had came from steping on a tail. HIS TAIL! It flicked back and forth on it's own accord. Flopping down on his stomache, Jack began to see everything spin.
Who is he? Where is he? Why is he here? What IS he?
"Am I a fricken human or a cat?" He mumbled before slowly losing consiousness, unaware of a mysterious figure watching him in the shadows.

[This is a short chapter, lol. So what do ya think? I didn't make this by tha way! My buddy little_goober did! She wanted me ta put this in my journal fer some reason. Good comments will help her continue... *grins*]
