"s**t!" Lucifer was running now, the rain was picking up again. He had a bag over his shoulder as he ran down the alleyway. "Where the hell is that shopkeeper!!!! He has the rest of my stuff!!!" He slid into the wall and fell back. "ow.." He growled and walked back towards the fountain. "Stupid france... everyone's so rude!" He growled and looked around, the streets were empty and silent. "Great... just great.. where the Hell is everyone?!" He walked toward the church, a man jumped down behind him. He grabbed Lucifer. "What the HELL?!" The man had long blonde hair that was tied back loosely. "******** hell.... its raphael..." The man growled. "Dont think I forgot what you tried to do to Mani." The man growled, Lucifer spun around and kick him in the jaw. "Take that!" Raphael spit out one of his teeth and unsheathed his rapier. Lucifer smiled and put the bag of food down. "Shinigami no shi" Two guns appeared, each of them had seals on them. He shots at Raphael, it shattered his rapier. "Aw i missed"
"Tch" Raphael's hand was covered in blood, the force of the bullet had shattered his hand. He forced a smile and looked over towards the merchant alley. "Oh I killed that merchant of yours, his wife too" He smiled and disapeared into the sewers. Lucifer growled and picked up his bag.
"Great just great..."He walked back towards the alley and picked up the supplies from the remains of the merchants shop. "I guess this will have to do for now..." He hummed the lullaby again, a small girl followed behind him and sang.
"As the roses bloom a wish of yours is made..." Lucifer smiled
"Memories of loved ones past soon begin to fade." The girl smiled and continued singing.
"Memories of past lives came they made my haert so tame again." Lucifer sang again as the girl fell silent
"As the roses wilted away theres nothing more for me to say... My love and i together we died in front of the shining gate..." The girl was crying now, Lucifer squated down so that he was at her height. "What wrong?" Her stomach growled, she frowned. "Youre hungry right? Well here." He handed her a loaf of bread. She smiled.
"Thank you Luci... you passed the test."
"hmm? What do you mean? and... how do you know my name?" The girl giggled and dissapeared. He sighed and looked up at the red moon, it was begining to be swallowed by the looming rain clouds. "Aw crap.... its gonna get reaallly bad down here...." He rushed back towards the forest as the thunder began. He remembered the night he had first met Mani, the night he had barely survived getting hit by lightning. "Not again..." He saw the fuzzy outline of the mansion through the rain. "YES!!! Im home free!!!" *BOOOM* The lightining hit right in front of him, he fell onto his a** and back away using his feet. He was shaking as he saw the dark black scorch marks on the ground.
