i now work for an international customer care service provieder:sitel.
so far its good, im in my 3rd week of training and i think i will enjoy working here.
this place has 3 elements of a great place to work:
1. team work- no one is trying to oust me for a better job, even though everyone is rated as an individual all are working to better the team.
2.dress code- if you are forced to dress like a dork then you will act like a dork. here the dress code is in place but very lax...i feel i am more friendly if my feet dont hurt and my collar isent to tight and that translates into a better customer service agent(me)
3. friendlyness- you dont have to make friends at work but i have made friends here- not the kind of rowdy friends that can get you into trouble the kind of mature friends that know how to have fun and when its time to work smile
