Off Into The Sunset. By James David Coomes '06
Envy...
Envy life...
And it shall it Envy you.
We,
Stare off at the sunset,
At the end of day.
We pray,
As we fall asleep at night,
To wake up the next day.
Standing strong,
Breathing,
and Living.
Yet,
As I sit here,
Wacthing the sunset,
I never..
Relized,
How good I had it,
With you around..
Why does it hurt so much to cry?
So much pain,
I should of listened,
I should of helped.
Wacthing this sunset,
I wish,
Tommrow,
I don't wake up.
I want to rest in my final sleep.
Where,
I'm always with you.
As I sit,
Wacthing the moon,
Soar across the sky,
The tears,
Will never stop.
No longer,
Sleeping,
No longer,
Taking care of health.
I want to be with you..
I want to set off into the sunset,
As you did,
When you left.
I screawed up to many times,
It was my fault,
Now,
I'll live with the guilt.
Over casting my shadow.
As I sit,
Each day,
Wacthing the souls,
Set off into the Sunset.
Hopping,
That,
My turn will be soon.
I want to be with you,
We'll hide,
Within the sunset,
Never worrying about problems,
Horrors of life,
Or
Lies anymore.
We'll be at peace,
No more worries.
As this,
Lifeless black soul,
Lays beneith the bright stars,
The bright,
Autumn tinted eyes,
Will gaze,
Were the sun setted,
Then to where the moon rest,
Even though,
Your not here,
With me..
Your always in my heart..
Your soul,
Right beside mine,
Right there..
To take care,
and wacth over me..
Like you always do.
As the Glories Stars,
The grateful Night sky,
And The Shinning Moon,
Sink off into the distants,
A new sun will raise,
From there,
I will be with you forever..
Along your side,
To take care of you,
To wacth over you,
As you did to me.
